About the Role

Yarl Metal Fabrications Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support day-to-day operations on our shop floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and takes pride in contributing to a safe and efficient production process.

What You’ll Do

As a General Labourer, you will provide essential support across production, shipping, and maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with fabrication, material handling, and general production tasks
- May be asked to work on grinding, polishing and insulation departments
- Moving materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility
- Supporting shipping and receiving activities
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
- Following instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Using tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Identifying and reporting safety concerns or equipment issues
- Minimizing material waste and supporting efficient operations

What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in fabrication settings
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Sheet Metal, CNC, Material Handling experience an asset
- Flexibility to work Day Shift and Afternoon Shift





Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods
- Able to perform physically demanding work in a shop environment

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
