Evolve Health & Wellness in Hamilton is seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our multi-disciplinary team to work along side our current Naturopathic Doctor as well as RMT's, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists and osteopaths. We are a patient centered integrative healthcare clinic dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care in a collaborative and welcoming environment. Clinical Responsibilities:





- Conduct thorough naturopathic assessments and collect detailed health histories
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on each patient's health goals and clinical needs
- provide patient centered care and education
- monitor patient progress and modify when needed
- Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and ongoing patient support.

Qualifications:

- Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario;
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients and co-workers;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to maintain complete and detailed treatment notes
- PRESCRIBING LICENSE REQUIRED
