Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dock Worker / Parcel Sorter to join our team in Calgary, AB In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes at our terminal. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Assist with warehouse distribution activities to ensure timely processing of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through order picking and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to support daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience with warehouse distribution, forklift operation, or similar roles.
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Robust attention to safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
