The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative – Outside Sales to join our Mississauga team.

This is a hybrid sales role for someone with a proven background in business development who is comfortable generating their own opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing the sales process from initial outreach through to closing.

You’ll spend part of your time in the office developing new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and prospecting, while also travelling throughout Durham Region and the GTA to meet with prospective clients, conduct site visits, and develop new commercial accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a B2B environment, and is confident working independently in a target-driven role.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and identify prospective clients within key commercial markets.
- Qualify leads and determine potential fit for Generations Cleaning services.
- Book, attend, and lead sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and gather information required to develop service proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key contacts.
- Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
- Prepare and present proposals and service solutions to prospective clients.




- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate prospect, opportunity, and activity information within the CRM.
- Track outreach and sales performance and continuously refine your approach.
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Represent Generations Cleaning professionally throughout Durham Region and the GTA.

Who You Are

- You have 3+ years of sales, business development, or account acquisition experience.
- You have experience with outbound prospecting and are comfortable making cold calls.
- You are confident leading sales meetings and communicating with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
- You are motivated by targets, commission, and building new business.
- You are persistent and comfortable following up consistently with prospective clients.
- You are organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities at different stages of the sales cycle.
- You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your pipeline.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and other sales technology.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are professional, dependable, and comfortable representing the company in client-facing situations.
- You have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
