We are seeking a reliable customer service representative to join our growing dental lab in Toronto. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with computers, and enjoys a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks.

You will support the day-to-day operations of the lab by entering case information, receiving and preparing dental cases, assisting with basic phone and email communication, and helping keep our front office organized and running efficiently.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accurately enter dental case information into our lab management system
- Receive, unpack, organize, and prepare incoming dental cases
- Pack completed cases for delivery to dental offices
- Verify case information and ensure items are properly labelled and documented
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls




- Respond to basic emails and inquiries from dental offices
- Arrange and coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
- Assist with filing, scanning, printing, and other general administrative duties
- Communicate with internal departments regarding case information when needed
- Provide general front office and administrative support to the team

QUALIFICATIONS

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative, office, or dental experience is an asset
- Training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
