About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join a high-volume used-car dealership with 150+ vehicles in inventory. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who can generate leads, build solid customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and consistently close vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell new and used vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets
- Generate and manage leads through Facebook Marketplace, Instagram/social media, and other digital platforms
- Respond to online inquiries and follow up with leads professionally and consistently
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the dealership CRM
- Follow up with previous customers and generate repeat/referral business
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, financing options, and promotions
- Work effectively in a fast-paced,



high-volume dealership environment

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Representative, preferably in a used-car dealership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience selling vehicles through Facebook Marketplace, Instagram/social media, and other online platforms
- Strong lead follow-up and customer service skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Good understanding of the automotive sales process
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence preferred
