Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor/Coordinator to lead and manage multiple flooring construction projects and crews from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to drive project success. Your expertise in construction, hands on capabilities, and project scheduling will empower you to oversee multiple projects with confidence and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and interpret detailed project schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate plan execution.
- Coordinate project schedules to align timelines with project milestones.
- Some knowledge of software such as On-Screen Take Off and Monday.com to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee daily project operations by supervising subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively through diligent time management and proactive planning.
- Facilitate clear communication across all teams by organizing meetings, updating progress reports, and resolving issues promptly.




- Some hands on work could be required for teaching purposes and/or to respect completion deadlines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management and/or execution (flooring industry would be preferable) or supervision with a strong understanding of the trades.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience (tradesman and/or willing to learn and get the job done when nessesary)
- Ability to read schematics accurately and apply them effectively on-site.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of site operations, safety procedures, and project workflows.
- Able to handle pressure and constant changes in schedule and complex site conditions.
- Positive attitude is a must.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
