QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Enrollment in the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP), or a solid interest in pursuing the CPA designation

Experience and Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Previous experience working in a public accounting firm
- Experience preparing lead sheets, working papers, and supporting audit or review engagements
- Familiarity with CaseWare software
- Experience using accounting software applications
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lead sheets and working paper files




- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting engagements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support year-end file preparation and client engagements
- Perform data entry and account reconciliations
- Work with accounting and tax software to support client service needs
- Assist senior staff with various accounting and administrative tasks
