Responsibilities

- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities
- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, woodwork, and framing methods
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to handle materials and facilitate construction processes
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for precise carpentry, woodworking, and concrete finishing tasks
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials or equipment as needed on-site




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized job site

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics for accurate project execution
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration processes
- Experience with siding installation, carpentry, woodworking, and the use of hand tools and power tools
