Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Painter/Supervisor to lead our painting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role combines hands-on painting expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution. As a key team member, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with clients and team members, and maintain safety standards. Your expertise in construction painting, restoration, schematics, and blueprint reading will drive successful project completion while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

- Lead and supervise painting crews on various projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, rigging, and the use of hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements and specifications
- Perform residential, commercial, industrial, and restoration painting using appropriate techniques and materials
- Manage project timelines through effective time management and resource allocation
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling of scaffolding, rigging, and hazardous materials




- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in construction painting and restoration projects
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and working with technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, rigging equipment, and carpentry skills for surface preparation
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial painting as well as caulking techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Robust communication skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with schematics interpretation and familiarity with industrial painting processes

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
