Company Description OOKAMI is a Canadian promotional apparel and uniform amanufacturer and global sourcing partner that delivers factory-direct solutions at scale for sports organizations, universities, retail brands, corporate groups, and franchise systems. OOKAMI serves a wide range of industries, including professional sports leagues, universities, corporate and franchise organizations, events, entertainment, and retail apparel.

Role Description The Sales Role is a full-time, hybrid role based in Canada, combining in office collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for setting the sales strategy, leading the sales organization, and driving revenue growth across professional sports, collegiate, corporate, franchise, and retail apparel programs.

Qualifications

- MUST have an existing client portfolio or relationships in related industry
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong Account Management skills, including building long-term client relationships and managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Operations,



including forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, and process optimization.
- Proven Business Development capabilities, identifying new markets, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding key verticals.
- Experience in apparel, manufacturing, or related industries, preferably with factory-direct or global sourcing environments.
- Advanced negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Leadership experience in a hybrid work environment, including coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and managing change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent senior commercial experience is an asset.

Pay: $52,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
