We want a great Resident Attendant to join our team.

Not just any Resident Attendant will do.

We’re looking for a Resident Attendant who wants some additional fulfillment from their work.

Raglan Village is a beautiful stand alone community, that serves seniors.

The work itself can be challenging at times, but as any team member will tell you, it can be deeply fulfilling as well.

Your Experience

Previous work in acute care, dementia care, or senior care is highly valued.

You should be comfortable taking charge in any scenario to support the residents and team in the community.

You should be comfortable adapting to resident & family needs.

You should be accustomed to (and comfortable with), communicating with family on sensitive and difficult issues.

Most importantly, you should enjoy working with seniors.
