Position Overview:

Ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. Report to senior management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement. Continually verifying the quality processes effectiveness and promoting continuous improvement with the aim of establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System standards (API Q1, ISO 9001).
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
- Administer and update QMS processes, documents, and records, ensuring they are current.
- Track nonconformances, identify root causes, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Create quality reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training on quality systems, tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as administrator for quality-specific software (MS SharePoint) ensuring system reliability and performing user provisioning.
- Development and implementation of QMS processes for strategic advancement and to support organizational growth.




- Support QMS compliance of asset management operational processes.

Work Location and Work Arrangement:

This is an on-site role based at our Surrey, BC location.

Qualifications and Experience:

- ISO or equivalent Quality Management System practitioner credential or certificate, as provided by recognized organization such as ASQ, is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with ISO based or equivalent Quality Management System, preferably in an industrial service/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications. Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is considered a strong asset.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
