Responsibilities

- Lead guided tours to optimal viewing locations for the Northern Lights, ensuring safety and comfort for all participants
- Share captivating stories, scientific insights, and cultural legends related to the Aurora Borealis to enhance guest understanding and appreciation
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including timing, transportation coordination, and equipment setup
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain clear communication with team members and guests throughout excursions to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
