The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Foreman / Superintendent for a 36-storey mixed-use luxury development in Downtown Vancouver.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in the finishing stages of large-scale construction projects who can coordinate trades effectively, keep the project moving, and help bring the project across the finish line over the next 4–6 weeks.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent
- Strong finishing-stage experience is required




- Experience coordinating and managing multiple trades
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to keep work progressing and meet project deadlines
- Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects is an asset

Position Details

- Location: Downtown Vancouver
- Project: 36-storey mixed-use luxury development
- Pay: $40–$42/hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
