Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles and heavy equipment. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles and heavy machinery using schematics, electrical testing tools, and mechanical expertise.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive systems, heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial tools to execute repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery safely during maintenance procedures or when testing repaired equipment.
- Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Complete detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation to ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Assist with assembly or disassembly of machinery components during repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
- Knowledge of excavators, cranes, Caterpillar equipment, forklifts, HVAC systems, welding techniques, and industrial machinery is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, schematics reading skills, and electrical testing devices effectively.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators or farm machinery is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments regularly.
- Valid certifications related to automotive repair or industrial equipment operation are advantageous.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
