Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times. The Line Cook will play a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Uphold food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of the food industry trends and customer service principles
