Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store shelves
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism,

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, especially involving product demonstrations
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for reaching broader audiences
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions

Pay: $16.75-$18.20 per hour
