As a Sr Trade Compliance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will have a significant impact on the company's global operations and success. YOU MUST HAVE

- 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions
- Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions

The annual base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $108,000 in Markham, Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to import and export regulations
- Manage and oversee import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including training and awareness programs
- Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization, ensuring compliance with new requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues and mitigate risks
