Job Overview
Premier Landscaping is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of landscaping and general maintenance tasks while supporting the day-to-day operations of our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, and clean-up.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with seasonal landscape services, including mulch installation, planting, and property enhancements.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work setting.
- Support the Crew Supervisor with daily site operations and assigned tasks.
- Provide professional and courteous service while working on client properties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite.
- Report equipment issues, hazards, or property concerns to the Crew Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience required.
- Experience with pruning, weeding, edging, planting, bed maintenance, leaf cleanup, and general landscape maintenance.
- Experience safely operating landscaping equipment, including string trimmers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, and lawn mowers.
- Physically capable of working outdoors on steep and uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow daily instructions and established schedules.
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude when working in a high-visibility environment.
- Basic English communication skills to understand work instructions and safety requirements.
- Genuine interest in learning, taking on additional responsibilities, and growing within the company.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence, as the employee may be required to operate company vehicles or site equipment when authorized.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
