The Role

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion,



while working closely with our site superintendents, clients, subcontractors, consultants, and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion

· Prepare, review, and manage project budgets and estimates

· Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate project pricing

· Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations

· Identify scope gaps, risks, and potential cost issues during estimating and construction

· Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

· Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders

· Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting

· Track project costs, commitments, forecasts, and profitability

· Prepare and negotiate change orders and pricing with clients and subcontractors

· Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure their needs are being addressed

· Work closely with Site Superintendents to keep projects organized and moving forward

· Identify and resolve issues proactively

· Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and professionalism

· Participate in project meetings and provide clear project updates

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and consultants

· Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget

What We’re Looking For

· 7+ years of commercial construction experience

· Proven experience managing commercial construction projects





· Strong estimating and budgeting skills with a solid understanding of construction costs

· Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work

· Experience obtaining, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier pricing

· Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, schedules, budgets, and change management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Highly organized and proactive

· Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented

· Robust client relationship and communication skills

· Confident decision-maker with a solutions-focused mindset

· Someone who takes ownership and accountability
