We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Associate to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. This is an independent contractor associate position.

At OCR, you can focus on delivering excellent patient care while our dedicated Patient Experience Team provides comprehensive administrative support. You will work alongside a supportive group of massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, osteopaths and other healthcare professionals who value collaboration and shared learning.

Qualifications and attributes:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Reliable, professional and hardworking
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Open to continued learning and professional development
- Committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality patient care

Additional Assets

- Experience working in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation or clinical setting
- Additional training in sports massage, deep-tissue techniques, prenatal massage or other specialized treatment approaches
