- Run the CRM like it's your business — because your pipeline is
- Know the lot cold: inventory, features, and what's about to sell out
- Turn every customer interaction into a 5-star experience, and if something goes sideways, fix it fast or flag it to management immediately
- Work your call logs into booked appointments
- Keep your paperwork airtight — accurate, complete, no shortcuts
- Respond to every assigned lead like it's the one that matters most
- Stay sharp: product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add services, and industry trends
- Complete every walk-around, road test, and follow-up exactly as trained
