Your Role

As a Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Determine services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures
- Oversee cash management, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Manage costing for products and services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate food and supply orders
- Manage catering arrangements and facility usage
- Participate in marketing plans and execution
- Address customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service
- Supervise a team of 11–15 employees

Experience & Technical Skills

Computer and Technology Knowledge

- Accounting software
- Electronic cash register
- Point of sale (POS) systems
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Windows)
- Spreadsheets and related tools
