Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires robust organizational skills, time management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness of building
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring that all items are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents and visitors to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents and or visitor inquiries and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.




- Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming.

Requirements

- Proficiency in English;
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or schedules as needed.
