Studio Le Ciel Pilates is well-established Pilates studio committed to providing high-quality, personalized fitness experiences, offering personalized private sessions tailored to individual needs, as well as group classes. Conveniently located near Sheppard Station in North York, it features a friendly, multicultural team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring that sessions are tailored to meet the needs of participants.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, body alignment, and breathing methods to maximize their workout experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their fitness goals.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients throughout their sessions and encouraging them to push their limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance your skills through professional development.

Requirements

- Certified Pilates Instructor (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT, or similar certification)




- Ability to demonstrate and lead both private and group classes
- Proven ability to educate clients on fitness principles while providing an enjoyable workout experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various fitness levels.
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to effectively schedule classes and manage client appointments.
- Bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
