Opportunity: Mechanic

Schedule: 14 Days on 14 Days off

Job Location: Syncrude - Mildred Lake - local hire preferred

Opportunity Description: This position will be primarily working on our bussing fleet at the bus yard.

Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable with medium duty Ford F550
- Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyman Certification
- Pre-access 8 panel D&A; with breath alcohol
- CSO
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s licence
- Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics and electrical, including schematics and diagnostics
- Experience with routine maintenance operations
- Self-motivated, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced workplace
- Demonstrates a history of safe laboring practices
