Earthstone Excavating is a civil excavation company located in Chilliwack. We specialize in working closely with our customers, building a lasting relationship and completing successful projects. As a General Labourer, your responsibilities will include assisting in installing Water, Storm, Sanitary, Hydro and Telus mainline and services, foundation digs and backfills, and working with power tools. The successful candidate will be familiar with working around heavy machinery and will be dedicated to maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain underground utility systems, including manholes, catch basins, water main, sewer, stormwater pipelines, and Hydro/Telus conduit.
- Work with power tools
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate excavation, grading, and backfilling activities.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience as a Civil General Labourer.




- Must be in good physical condition/health (capable of physical labour)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract
- Experience in the installation and repair of underground utility systems.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in construction.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
