A Canadian Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst for their North York location for a 3 month contract.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am -5 pm (Hybrid) 4 days in Office, 1 day remote

Salary: $65k

Job Requirements:

- Education: University Degree in Business/Accounting or relevant field
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Superior MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of a sales organization’s business processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of SAP
- Ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization in terms of people, processes, and systems. Organizational agility.
- Ability to understand the organizations vision and goals and the ability to communicate and actions them in an effective manner.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to internal and external customers

Month End Accountabilities:

o Reconcile domestic gross sales against SAP BW data to ensure accuracy and completeness of reported revenue.

o Prepare, validate, and maintain schedules for rebates, pricing, and prompt‑payment accrued liabilities.





o Develop wholesaler claims benchmarking reports to support the Director of Trade Relations & Partnership in evaluating performance and compliance.

o Analyze monthly failure‑to‑supply penalties and allocate charges accurately at the SKU level.

o Calculate and report major wholesalers’ monthly gross inventory values in units and dollars, ensuring accurate application of current price lists.

o Support the preparation and timely delivery of the rebates aging schedule to assist key accounts and retail analysts in monthly accrual balance reviews.

o Assist in managing ex‑factory biosimilar trade spend allocations.

o Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end audit requirements by preparing detailed supporting schedules and responding to audit inquiries.

o All other relevant duties as assigned.
