We are a growing construction waste management and bin rental company looking for a reliable and experienced DZ Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and exchange bins at construction sites and customer locations. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently.
Previous experience operating a roll-off truck and handling roll-off bins is strongly preferred.
Duties
- Safely operate a DZ roll-off truck.
- Deliver, pick up, and exchange roll-off bins at construction sites and customer locations.
- Transport bins and materials to designated disposal, recycling, or transfer facilities..
- Ensure bins and loads are properly secured before transportation.
- Follow scheduled routes and complete pickups and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, site supervisors, and team members.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, safety concerns,
or site hazards.
- Keep the truck clean and maintain a professional appearance.
- Follow all company safety policies and Ontario transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ driver’s license .
- Proven experience operating heavy trucks or roll-off vehicles in a commercial setting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Strong driving skills with excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and safety compliance.
