Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving retail sales. This role requires strong supervisory skills, retail management expertise, and the ability to manage sales performance effectively. The Retail Store Manager will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment while achieving business objectives.

Duties

- Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee retail sales activities, develop strategies to increase revenue, and monitor sales performance.
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.




- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions, inventory management, and visual merchandising efforts.

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to lead and develop staff effectively.
- Experience in retail management and sales management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
