Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic sales team and elevate the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee merchandising activities to maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper pricing and stock levels
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while fostering a customer-centric environment
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Monitor inventory purchasing, pricing adjustments, and store budgeting to maximize profitability
- Conduct regular store audits,



organize promotional marketing initiatives, and oversee administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a retail environment with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong background in retail sales, merchandising, and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail management software
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and performance evaluation of staff members
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing strategies, inventory purchasing, and sales management techniques
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong math skills for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping
- Effective communication skills for coaching staff and engaging customers confidently
