Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support our operations and enhance customer experiences. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices, code and enter into system.
- Match invoices to statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor purchase orders and match to invoices.
- Prepare and process daily and monthly payment requirements.
- Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month end and year end procedures.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as requried.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting customers with professionalism.




- Assist in maintaining organized office systems to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

- Previous accounts payable experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and payment processing systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
