The Magnolia Hotel & Spa is currently accepting applications for part-time employment candidates for the following positions:

- Overnight Bell/Security
- Overnight Houseman

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Must have a passion for customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Must be neat and professional in appearance, suitable for a 4 - 5 star hotel environment.

This is an overnight position– hours of work are approx. 11pm to 7am.

- Houseman: Related cleaning experience preferred in a commercial setting.
- This position will include weekends, and statutory holidays. Saturday overnight availbility required.




- Must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Ability to practice and maintain consistent key standards at all times.
- Valid and clean driving license (required for valet position)!
- Able to think critically and use sound judgment in a variety of situations
- Excellent communications skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Must be physically fit and capable of moving guest luggage, banquet tables, linen carts etc.
- Must be an effective listener.

Qualifications

- Hotel experience in similar or related roles an asset.

Job Notes

- We are currently seeking part time applicants for these roles. Saturday night availability required.
- MSP, Extended Medical and Dental benefits for full time employees after the probationary period for those working more than 24 hours per week on average.
