Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the business. If you have a passion for leadership and customer service, this role is for you.

Daily responsibilities for this position include assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management, providing exceptional customer service, resolving any customer issues, continuously developing supervisors and Team Members, implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures, assisting in budgeting and financial management, and always ensuring efficient team management to achieve business goals. Secondary tasks may include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and reporting.

Individuals applying for this position must have proven experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills, strong speed of service, excellent communication skills,



exceptional customer service abilities, and proficiency in cashiering and basic math skills. We are equally require applicants to have strong administrative skills with attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, the time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Other skills that are desirable in applicants include experience training and developing a team, familiarity with financials and the budgeting process, and experience with managing Health and Safety in a restaurant.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
