Sidhu Painting is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. If you have experience in wallpaper, blinds, and draperies sales and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience with blinds, shades, draperies and/or wallpaper
- Robust customer-service and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and close sales
- Experience working with homeowners, designers, builders and/or contractors
- Valid driver's licence if travel is required

Skills
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Proven ability to conduct product demos effectively, showcasing features and benefits compellingly.

- Strong merchandising skills with an understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
- Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Basic math skills for transactions, including cash handling and change calculation.
