We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various tasks in our Cut flower Greenhouse operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting. Work week is 6 days/week M-Sat up to 60+ hours a week. This is a seasonal job that runs now until June 2026
Duties
- Harvesting cut flowers in the greenhouse and fields in all weather conditions
- planting and weeding in our fields
- Sorting and planting bulb crops for the greenhouses
- Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required for various projects.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
- Able to stand in one spot for extended periods of time while picking flowers
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
