Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Detailer / Lot Attendant to join our growing team. In this instrumental role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of our vehicles and lot area. Your enthusiasm and commitment to customer service will ensure that every vehicle is showcased at its best, creating a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot area, ensuring it is safe, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Support the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer viewing, test drives and delivery.
- Conduct basic inspections of vehicles for any damages or issues and report findings promptly.
- Snow Removal from Vehicles, lot and doors, including monitoring ice build up.




- Start inventory vehicles every 72hrs during winter months.
- Clean/wash/vacuum carpets/mats/floor/wall/washrooms in staff, showroom and common areas.
- Shuttle Customers & Transport Vehicles when needed.
- Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a secure work environment.

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently.

Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
