We are seeking a motivated and energetic Fryer to join our dynamic food service team! Duties

- Operate deep fryers safely and efficiently to cook donuts, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards, weighing out ingredients, mixing and frying .
- Maintain cleanliness of the fryer station and surrounding kitchen area, adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safely.
- Assist with food handling duties such as assembling orders, stocking supplies, and rotating stock.




- Follow all food safety guidelines and hygiene practices to uphold health standards at all times.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including frying, baking, and general kitchen skills.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards team members and guests.
- Experience with cake decorating or baking is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
