Your role will center on converting warm inbound leads into mortgage applications, building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. You’ll manage the process from application through to closing, making every successful deal a milestone worth celebrating.

We’re looking for a sales professional with at least three years of proven experience, though a mortgage background is not required. You should be a confident communicator who can build trust quickly, a motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed goals, and someone who thrives on organization, professionalism, and time management. Most importantly, you’re a problem solver who finds satisfaction in helping clients secure the right mortgage solution.
