Job Overview:

Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of a unified Quality Management System (QMS) across all company locations, including main manufacturing sites and satellite facilities. This role leads the ISO certification project and acts as the Quality subject matter expert for Business Central (BC) system ensuring that quality standards are harmonized within the company’s digital and operational planning.

Job Responsibilities (Specific Tasks and Duties):

- ISO Project Management Lead: Lead the gap analysis, implementation roadmap and project milestones for achieving ISO certification across all sites, including satellite facilities.
- Prepare and implement the Quality assurance policies and procedures and assist the QA team in maintaining the Quality System throughout all the manufacturing sites.
- Harmonize SOPs and policies to ensure a consistent quality standard exists for all manufacturing sites and satellite facilities.
- Act as the Quality Subject Matter Expert for Business Central (BC). Collaborate with IT/ Systems teams to manage and harmonize quality modules and digital workflows.
- Work closely with Production Planners and System Operators to integrate quality procedures and hold-points into the daily BC planning and scheduling.
- Implement and maintain quality programs at all satellite facilities to ensure a consistent "One Company" standard.
- Manage a comprehensive internal audit schedule covering all sites and satellite facilities to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness to all regulatory standards.
- Support and assist the QA Manager to prepare for ISO,



GMP regulatory and third- party/ Customer Audits by preparing required documentation and contributing to the development of formal audit replies.
- Lead risk-based quality investigations for non-conformances, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and conducting follow-up reviews to ensure CAPA effectiveness for major/ critical issues.
- Create and deliver specialized training on ISO standards and updated QMS protocols to the wider organization.
- Critically review and update GMP workflows to reduce administrative burden, ensuring the team spends less time on low-risk documentation and more time on high-impact quality oversight.
- Work to standardize quality documentation and workflows across different product categories (Industrial, Consumer, and Regulated) to ensure "One Company" consistency.
- Perform other related duties/projects as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or Quality Management.
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience with ISO 9001: 2026 Certification and implementation is required.
- Proven experience with Business Central (BC) or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience participating in at least one successful Health Canada or ISO external audit.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS software.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
