We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant Level II to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, surgical and pediatric dentistry.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for procedures.
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide patient education on oral health care practices and post-treatment instructions with clarity and empathy.
- Support front desk operations by performing dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.




- Take digital radiographs and assist with other diagnostic procedures to aid in accurate treatment planning.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations to ensure a sterile environment at all times.

Qualifications

- Certified Dental Assistant Level II certification or equivalent qualification from an accredited program.
- Proven experience in dental assisting with familiarity in general dentistry procedures.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care is essential for effective communication within the team.
- Experience with digital imaging techniques including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems for diagnostic purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients of all ages, including pediatric populations.
