Position Details

- Position: Food & Beverage Service Associate (Breakfast & Lunch)
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Schedule: Thursday–Sunday
- Shift Length: Approximately 3–5 hours per shift
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving or hospitality experience
- Certification: Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Compensation: $18/hour + gratuities

Key Responsibilities

- Open and prepare the bar and beverage service area for daily operations.
- Provide professional and friendly coffee service to members and guests.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver prompt, attentive table service.
- Prepare and serve smoothies, specialty beverages, and other drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area.
- Ensure members and guests receive a welcoming, attentive, and consistently high level of service.
- Restock coffee, beverage,



and service supplies as required.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the clubhouse dining and beverage areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of serving, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
- Valid Smart Serve certification.
- Friendly, skilled, and personable approach to member service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability Thursday through Sunday.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to creating an exceptional member experience.
