We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Miion Coffee. As a Barista, you will be an integral part of building our brand and creating a unique coffee experience for our customers. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, engaging with customers, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
- Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Learn and understand our brand philosophy to effectively communicate it to customers
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your coffee-making skills




- Assist with daily shop operations as needed

Qualifications:

- Enthusiasm for coffee and the coffee industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Barista is a plus, but not required; we are happy to train the right person
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
