Volque is an independent electropop music duo at the beginning of an exciting journey in the music industry. Blending electronic production with elements of R&B;, pop, trap, house, and more, Volque is focused on creating music that crosses genres and defies easy categorization.

Based in Toronto, the duo released their debut album, A VOID, in December 2025 and are continuing to build their catalogue, audience, and presence in the months ahead.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to help us grow our audience and strengthen Volque’s presence across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to work closely with an emerging independent artist and gain hands-on experience in music marketing, social media, content strategy, audience development, and artist branding.

The ideal candidate is passionate about music, understands social media and digital culture, and is excited to experiment with creative ways to connect artists with new audiences. Responsibilities may include developing and executing social media strategies, identifying audience-growth opportunities, assisting with content planning and promotion, researching trends and relevant platforms, and supporting upcoming releases and campaigns.





Role Details

- No strict qualifications required: We’re more interested in your creativity, initiative, and interest in music marketing than a specific degree, certification, or level of experience.
- Commission-based: This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Compensation will be tied to agreed-upon results and contributions.
- Flexible hours: Work as much or as little as you’d like. We’re happy to accommodate your schedule and availability.
- Fully remote: The role can be performed entirely remotely.
- Open worldwide: You can apply from anywhere in the world. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and locations.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and eager to take ownership of projects while helping shape the next chapter of an emerging Toronto-based music project.
