We're hiring someone who genuinely likes talking to people, and who gets satisfaction from closing a call knowing it's fully handled. First time. No callback.

We're a used cooking oil collection, grease trap service, and biofuels company. Our customers are restaurants and busy kitchens, so we move fast. We're also a very fun group, and we promote from within in every department. If you want to be running a team in two years, tell us.

What you'll do

- Own the first call. You're the first voice customers hear. Answer, diagnose, solve. First call resolution is the scoreboard.
- Dispatch. Get the right truck to the right kitchen at the right time.
- Set up current accounts. Fast and accurate, because a sloppy account today is an angry customer next week.
- Handle the hot ones. Some customers call in frustrated.



You turn that around without losing the account or your cool.
- Keep clean notes. The next person opening the file should never be guessing.

You'll thrive here if you

- Have an engaging voice and can make a business call feel like a conversation

- Are organized enough that nothing slips on a busy day
- Communicate clearly in English, written and spoken
- Actually enjoy a fast pace

Assets: French, restaurant industry experience, dispatch or routing, sales, negotiation or collections calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
