Responsibilities

- Support the Starbucks Manager in the supervision of the Starbucks Associates
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel’s Starbucks outlet as required
- Ensure customer satisfaction by applying the Hotel’s standards
- Ensure that all service and Hotel standards are met, including health & safety
- Manage labour and productivity of staff
- Respond to guest inquires and/or complaints
- Serve and prepare various beverages for guests adhering to all recipe and
- presentation standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene, and cleanliness
- All other duties as assigned by the Starbucks Manager

Qualifications

- Full-time status requires associate to have open availability such as but not limited to: early AM shifts, mid-day, evenings, weekends, stat holidays as needed. Must be able to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday, weekends essential.




- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Starbucks shift supervisor
- Must have FoodSafe Level 1 certification
- Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with fluent written and spoken English
- Previous experience with Micros required
