- Previous experience in stone polishing or installation required
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Strong physical stamina – able to lift 75+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
