Join our dynamic construction team as a Skid Steer Operator and Construction Labourer, where you'll be at the forefront of exciting infrastructure projects. In this energetic role, you will operate skid steer loaders and a variety of heavy equipment to assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and other construction tasks. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience will drive project success while supporting a safe and efficient work environment. Industry: Construction / Sign Installation
Pay: $22–$28/hour, depending on experience and skills
Hours: Monday–Friday, normally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Start: ASAP – Immediate Start Available
Work: Local GTA + occasional travel to other cities across Ontario

KEY REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a strong, physically fit and reliable construction worker with outdoor construction experience.

✅ 2–3+ years of construction experience
✅ Experience with digging, excavation and concrete work
✅ Experience with pouring/placing concrete is strongly preferred
✅ Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
✅ Comfortable driving a large pickup truck




✅ Able to tow trailers
✅ Experience operating Bobcat, skid steer, mini excavator or similar heavy equipment is an asset
✅ Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
✅ Physically strong and able to perform heavy outdoor work
✅ Available to work longer hours when required
✅ Able to travel to other cities across Ontario and stay 2–3 days at a time when required
✅ Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

JOB DUTIES

- Assist with excavation and preparation of sign foundations
- Dig and prepare foundation areas
- Load and unload construction materials, tools and equipment
- Assist with operating skid steers, augers and other compact equipment
- Install sonotubes, rebar cages and anchor bolt templates
- Assist with conduit and sleeve installation
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Backfill and restore work areas
- Maintain and organize trucks, trailers, tools and equipment
- Prepare tools and materials before leaving the shop
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Work as part of a 2–3 person foundation installation crew
- Travel to job sites throughout Ontario
- Occasional overnight travel may be required

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
