Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and attentive Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for those new to serving roles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Positive communication skills and a friendly attitude to enhance guest interactions
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus for supporting team efforts

Requirements:
